On 12th August 2025, Nandkunwarba Mahila Commerce College organized an insightful guest lecture for B.Com Semester 1 students on the topic of Strategic Management. The session was graced by Mr. Ketan N. Pandya, HRD Officer at Nirma Limited, who served as the keynote speaker.
Mr. Pandya shared his valuable industry experience and provided comprehensive guidance on the methodology of management review, emphasizing its critical role in strategic planning and organizational growth. He also highlighted key factors to be considered in management review, including performance metrics, risk assessment, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
